Curated with women in mind, our day together will be centered around practices that support all aspects of our beings - body, mind and spirit.
What to expect -
2 Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL)sessions
horses have the innate ability to read energy - from one another, from humans and from the environment. Through observations and interactions with horses, we can begin to remember and align with our authentic selves.
Somatic, all levels Yoga to help us become more deeply attuned to our body’s wisdom
Meditation/mindfulness in nature to connect and ground us.
A day that leaves you feeling reenergized, nurtured and nourished
